PROTEIN BOWL WITH OATS AND FRUITS

What you'll need:

  •  1/2 cup coconut yogurt

  •  GNC Whey Protein vanilla flavor 1 scoop

  • Oat flakes 2 tbsp

  • Banana 1

  • Plum 1

Recipe:

  • 1. In an individual bowl put the yogurt and the vanilla protein, mix very well energetically with a fork to integrate completely without leaving lumps.

  • 2. Add the oats on top.

  • 3. Peel a banana and cut it into slices, cut the plum, remove the pit and cut it into slices. Add everything and enjoy!
