What you'll need:
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
GNC Whey Protein vanilla flavor 1 scoop
Oat flakes 2 tbsp
1. In an individual bowl put the yogurt and the vanilla protein, mix very well energetically with a fork to integrate completely without leaving lumps.
2. Add the oats on top.
3. Peel a banana and cut it into slices, cut the plum, remove the pit and cut it into slices. Add everything and enjoy!
