OATS AND RAISINS COOKIES WITHOUT SUGAR

Oats and raisins cookies without sugar made with our GNC Total Lean Shake vanilla flavor. The best cookies!

What you'll need:

  • Organic whole wheat flour 1/2 cup

  • GNC Total Lean Shake vanilla flavor 1 scoop

  • Oats 3/4 cup

  • Ghee 4 tbsp

  • Egg 1

  • Stevia to taste

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Raisins 1 handful

Recipe:

  • 1. Beat the egg in a bowl with the melted ghee (clarified butter), olive oil, vanilla, a pinch of salt and stevia to taste.

  • 2. Incorporate flour, protein, oatmeal and baking powder, mix everything with your hands to form a dough.

    Add the raisins and integrate everything again with your hands.

  • 3. Take a portion of the dough, make a ball with the palms of your hands and then smash it. Go putting them in a baking dish with parchment or greased paper. Bake at 180 degrees for about 10 or 15 min. Let cool and enjoy!
