Oats and raisins cookies without sugar made with our GNC Total Lean Shake vanilla flavor. The best cookies!
What you'll need:
Organic whole wheat flour 1/2 cup
GNC Total Lean Shake vanilla flavor 1 scoop
Oats 3/4 cup
Ghee 4 tbsp
Stevia to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Salt 1 pinch
Raisins 1 handful
1. Beat the egg in a bowl with the melted ghee (clarified butter), olive oil, vanilla, a pinch of salt and stevia to taste.
2. Incorporate flour, protein, oatmeal and baking powder, mix everything with your hands to form a dough.
Add the raisins and integrate everything again with your hands.
3. Take a portion of the dough, make a ball with the palms of your hands and then smash it. Go putting them in a baking dish with parchment or greased paper. Bake at 180 degrees for about 10 or 15 min. Let cool and enjoy!
