Microwave mini carrot cake made with our Whey Protein Vanilla Flavor! Excellent choice for dessert!
What you'll need:
Almond flour 1/4 tz
Almond milk 2 tablespoons
Sweetener 2 tablespoons
Cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon
GNC Whey Protein vanilla flavor 2 heaping tablespoons
Cream cheese 1 tablespoon
GNC Whey Protein vanilla flavor 1 tablespoon
Almond milk 1 tablespoon
Grated carrot to taste
Walnuts 1 handful
1. Grate the carrots and put them in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat energetically.
2. Pour the preparation into microwave-safe molds or cups (yields 4 units) and microwave for a minute and a half (if necessary, add 30 seconds more). Allow to cool.
3. Unmold on plates and put the topping on top: In a small bowl or cup mix well the cream cheese with the vanilla protein and a tablespoon of almond milk.
4. Put this cream on top of each cupcake and add grated carrots and nuts on top, enjoy!
