Blueberry muffins sugar free with our Whey Protein Vanilla Flavor. Healthy and easy to do!
What you'll need:
Coconut oil 1/3 cup
Stevia powder sweetener 2 tbsp
Egg 1 + white 1
Skim milk 2 tbsp
1/2 cup oatmeal
Whey Protein vanilla flavor 1 scoop
1 tbsp baking powder
1 lemon zest
Blueberries 1 handful
Recipe:
1. Beat the egg with the white and the milk with the lemon zest.
2. Melt the coconut oil for 30 seconds in the microwave and integrate with the beaten eggs with the milk.
3. Finally we add the sweetener, flour, protein and baking powder; integrate everything with a fork energetically. Add the blueberries and integrate a little.
4. Pour the preparation into muffin molds (if it is not silicone, grease it previously). Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 min. Let cool and enjoy!
