Banana with caramel shake with our Whey Protein Vanilla Flavor! To freshen up!
What you'll need:
Small ice cubes 1 glass (or crushed ice)
Almond milk 1/2 cup
Cinnamon 1 pinch
1 pinch ground cardamom
GNC Total Lean Shake vanilla flavor 1 scoop
Caramel without sugar 2 tbsp
1. Blend the almond milk, banana, cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla protein and a tbsp of sugar-free caramel well.
2. Fill a glass with small ice cubes or crushed ice.
3. Put a tablespoon of sugar-free caramel on the ice and serve the smoothie.
4. Add a straw and stir well. To enjoy!
