BANANA CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE AND WALNUTS

Banana cake with chocolate and walnuts made with our Whey Protein Vanilla Flavor! For any time of the day!

What you'll need:

  • Bananas 3

  • Low fat cream cheese 2 heaping tbsp

  • Sweetener 4 tbsp

  • Eggs 3

  • Skim milk 1 splash

  • GNC Whey Protein vanilla flavor 1/4 cup

  • Oatmeal 3/4 cup

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • Nuts 1 handful

  • Topping:

  • Chocolate% 70 cocoa 1/2 cup

  • GNC Whey Protein chocolate flavor 1/4 cup

  • 1/2 cup low fat cream cheese

  • Nuts 1 handful

Recipe:

  • 1. Press the bananas into a bowl and puree them, add the cream cheese and sweetener and integrate completely.

  • 2. On the other hand we beat the eggs and the milk, then we add this mixture little by little with the previous banana and we mix while we incorporate it.

  • 3. Finally we add the dry ingredients: protein, oatmeal and baking powder and chopped nuts, integrate everything very well.

  • 4. Pour the preparation into a previously greased cake mold (you can use a 20 cm silicone one).

  • 5. Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool.

  • 6. For the chocolate cream we are going to melt the same with the cream cheese and integrate everything, add the chocolate protein and with this cream cover the entire cake, on top of whole nuts and enjoy!
