ACTIVATED OATMEAL

Oatmeal made with our 100% Whey Pro Performance Vanilla Flavor. Complete breakfast!

What you'll need:

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 scoop GNC 100% WHEY PROTEIN (vanilla flavor)

  • 1/4 cup of preferred vegan milk (soy, coconut, almond, etc.)

  • Sweetener to taste or 1 tablespoon honey 

  • Optional: fresh berries and 1 tablespoon polen

Recipe:

  • In a bowl, add oatmeal, chia seeds and milk. Stir well to combine and leave in fridge for about 4 hours in order to activate the oatmeal and the seeds. 

  • Add protein, sweetener and stir.

  • Add fruit. I recommend berries to bring powerful antioxidants and pollen for other health benefits. Enjoy!
